Alphabet Memory: Create pairs of cards with uppercase and lowercase letters. Lay them face down and have the kids match the pairs.

Alphabet Balloon Pop: Inflate balloons with letters inside and have the kids pop them to find and say the letter.

Alphabet Bingo: Create bingo cards with letters and call out the letters for the kids to mark.

Alphabet Sound Guessing Game: Say the sound of a letter, and have the kids guess which letter it is.

Did you know that the alphabet song is sung to the same tune as "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star"? Singing it can make learning the alphabet fun.

Did you know that the alphabet has been around for over 3000 years? It started with the Phoenician alphabet, which influenced many others.

Did you know that reading just one story a day exposes kids to about 1.4 million words a year? That’s a lot of learning from something fun.
