(Kurt's Place)
Let's get started with a name for your character. Your name will be used all throughout the campaign when NPC's are addressing you. Along with that it's important that you make you name match what type of character you wanna make. Choose wisely!
The race of your character is a lot different from the real world. In D&D the races are a lot different from each other. They offer a variety of different abilities and stat boosts.
You class is how you will engage in combat. This is very important in D&D, because it'll be what you're doing 50% of the time. Look over the classes carefully and pick one that speaks to you most
These are the stats you'll be using to play the game. Each stat is rolled for. Take 4, 6 sided dice and roll them. remove the lowest die and add up the rest. Do that six times and place the numbers in the stat slots accordingly.
The backstory is a lot more open ended than the last items on this list. You will basically write your character to life now that you know so much about them. Feel free to add any side characters you want to make the story jucier!
