This will be a little page dedicated to my hobby of mead making!
Cherry Mead, sometimes referred to as "Vikings Blood" is made by fermenting honey and water, along with cherries of various sorts(sweet, tart, frozen, etc). It's a new hobby I've picked up since the pandemic began.

Some water, some honey, yeast, and time is all you need to make a delicious drink that is fit for any season. From there, through the various stages of the fermenting process(usually 3-4) you can add various other sorts of ingredients to add flavors. You can do anything from adding more honey to adding jalapeño peppers. It is a very very forgiving drink that is difficult to mess up.
