Where do I purchase tickets?
Answer: You typically purchase tickets on the website, however we are undergoing maintenance. Please be patient and we will be back up and running soon!

What happens if a concert gets canceled?
Answer: If a concert gets canceled, then we will refund your ticket as soon as possible. Understand there might be a lot of ticket vouchers to reverse, so it may take up to two weeks.

Is there a package deal that combines tickets and food?
Answer: No there is not. Our ticket prices are for concert tickets only. Thank you for understanding.

What perks do VIP tickets get me?
Answer: VIP tickets allow attendees a possible meet and greet with the bands, discounts off alcohol and other beverages, top floor viewing, discounts off merchandise, and private bathrooms.

What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of Covid-19?
Answer: We are proud of our team in making sure that attendees and employees are all safe during the time of concerts. There will be six feet distancing, plastic barriers between tables, and spaced out areas on the concert floor. There are hand sanitizers placed around the venue, and we also provide masks if you do not have any. Masks are also required for entry.
